Tonight on 360°, a Continental jet lands safely at Newark airport, with the first officer at the controls. Passengers say that's when they learned the 60-year-old captain had died during the cross-Atlantic flight, apparently from natural causes. A doctor on board was called to help. Should the crew have told all the passengers what was happening?

Richard Simmons has a good cause. Wow things are bad economically if there's no PE in the schools. Can't imagine going to school without physical educations

goodnight Isabel, Anderson, Erica, good night everyone

Angelina is an amazing woman. She gives so much of herself. I love the fact that she does't act like a spoiled movie star, she gets involved with the people, she plays and cuddles the children. Her children are lucky, because they will grow up knowing that everyone is important, and everyone deserves a chance in life.

Pot growing in America? Wow! That's new... Pilot dies... well that's a shame, I feel bad for his wife... However once again more important stories... like, Obama bought and paid for the media, this time ABC is not worth the story.

I hope you feel that you are REALLY doing your job. Especially when you brag how you don't take sides... really Cooper? Try not to have a grin on your face when you say that next time.

I really admire Angelina Jolie for using her fame to shine a light on the desperate situation 42 million refugees are in. Many people choose to ignore what goes on outside of their own countries but when such an influential celebrity like Angelina Jolie never shows such passion for a cause that is dear to her heart it is really admirable. When Angelina was first appointed a Goodwill Ambassador for the UNHCR in 2001 she said she would never forget the refugees and she never has.

It may not be as addictive as opiates and other substances but marijuana is a substance that I feel should be controlled. I'm for medicinal use. Should we legalize quaaludes?

    June 18, 2009 at 10:56 pm |
  29. Ilse W. - Miami

I do not think Florida is the exception or any worse than other states as hrow houses are all over the place ...what else is going to be happening when so many homes are going into foreclosure..

    June 18, 2009 at 10:56 pm |
  30. Eric

If it was legalized we wouldn't have to worry about this we could grow our own or go to the store and get it.

I will never understand why people are so interested in Jon and Kate, when there is so much trouble in the world. The interview with Angelina Jolie way more important, and the many problems in Iran.

The money currently being spent on the "war on drugs" could be spent on administration, education and rehabilitation, instead.

    June 18, 2009 at 10:52 pm |
  50. Prebil

Why do we just assume this is a "problem?" I still don't know what I'm supposed to be afarid about here.
