Why is Cheney saying so much now. When he was vice pres. he didn't do anything.

Concerning Dick Cheney I have one thing to say..."Thou protesteth too loudly..."
Just have to feel sorry for him. He has done what he thinks is right. Now we have to do what we think is right.
Guantanamo Bay is a good facility?! How out of it is he! He really needs to stop his outburst now! If I were him I would certainly get out of the spotlight. He is doing himself more harm.
Waterboarding and Same-Sex marriage... Okay! Cheney is full of it.
If this is the new Republican party, I"m out. I wonder what Rush L. is going to say about the GOP now.

Why is it that we are suddenly hearing so much from Dick Cheney?
While he was Vice President, we rarely heard anything from him. He was literally forgotten. Now he's not in power he seems to have so much to say.
Guantanamo may be the only answer we have for a while especially since no one wants these prisoners in their back yard and at least on Guantanamo they are separated from the rest of the US by ocean. I'd rather see them left there until they can be released and restored to their country. I certainly don't want them up here in the States.
I'm sure it is nicer than any prisons here. Seems like the prisoners would be better off there than anywhere near the US. Obama should have made plans before he made promises.
