Tonight on 360°, who's lying? House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, the most powerful woman in Washington, or the head of the CIA? At issue, who knew what and when about terror interrogations. We're keeping them honest.

Don't miss Erica Hill's webcast on tonight's headlines during the commercials. Watch our WEBCAST

Want to know what else we're covering tonight? Read EVENING BUZZ

Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

And take a look at our live web camera from the 360° studio. Watch the WEBCAM

This bird story is horrible – how many ways can people find to hurt animals for their own gain. It's certainly not funny. How many stories like the one about that incredible dog do we need to see to figure out that animals are sentient beings and deserving of our care and respect.

Anderson, my respect for you as a journalist/reporter/anchor constantly grows. The depth of your reporting experience is obvious/and grows over the years. The quality of your interviews and questions is outstanding. You have the potential to be one of/if not the best anchor for network news. At the age of 57 I have seen and heard a lot; I feel I know what I am talking about.

German Shepherds are the best dogs ever, even if they're only half!!!

That was unbelievable about the kayaker – and this happened on purpose. That was the most extreme kayaking ever...it also included a touch of big wave surfing and parachuting all in one. Holy Cow!!
"You know you'll come out of it – how you come out of it is the question." That's funny.

Really glad the dog is all good.

The reality about truth concerning politicians and public servants is a matter of convenience consistent with either their political or professional agendas.

there are all kinds of angles to "witnessing" events and purveying your info to authorities. family members, criminal prosecution, torture of all sorts and abuse of yours and you.

@ Erica: Very, very crazy. Husband just reminded me how we got stuff out in 20 foot seas. We were crazy and in love then so you take the risk. It was hard to go "vertical" in the kayaks.

The question is not who is lying, but why we doubt either are telling the truth. We should be concerned with the ability of these very capable intelligent people that can't seem to communicate! Maybe we need to develop a test similar to Major League Baseball Drug Testing – " no pass no play"!
