Governor Richardson surprises Obama by demonstrating an arm torture maneuver, which can easily be disguised as a handshake and used as an interrogation technique !!

Richardson, after giving President Obama a quick smack on the hand, has been made the new presidential disciplinarian. Eat your heart out, Marian Robinson!
