This is the same sick story line that they make movies about. I cannot believe that these many victims let it go on without contacting the Attorney General of Texas, that why we have AG's in each state. When the local inforcement is crooked, tell the AG. These Police should be sent to prision for their actions. It is a downright shame that this is going on in this day and age. We have enough criminals as it is, who can we trust if the cops are criminals too.
This story about Texas police stealing from innocent motorists so sickens me that I am speechless! Those police officers should be fired (at very least) and that DA should have her guitar wrapped around her greedy, crooked neck! Oh yeah, and she should be fired and disbarred!!

Injustice like this just makes me so angry that I can't see straight.
Please stay on this story, I have to know what happens!
A Federal investigation should be launched and if these allegations prove true, the guilty should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law (no plea deals!)! The victims should immediately be reimbursed for the actual amounts of their personal losses. Following that, they should obtain a high profile attorney and SUE, SUE, SUE!

Scott Peterson shouldn't have the opportunity to blog while in prison. Peterson lost his rights when he was convicted of killing his wife and child.
The only thing Peterson should have in his cell is a Bible. No special privileges.
