    The situation is really critical.
In Brazil there is a person, who was in Mexico, with symptoms. While the results are expected, this
    person is in isolation.

Is there some measure of protection for people who pass by sites affected, so that the disease is not more widespread?

Do you think this is related to Mexico City shutting off its water for Easter weekend. Officials said they planned this to save water while the wealthier residents would be out of town. How did the local people wash their hands or anything else that weekend.
