Tonight on AC360°, we take you inside the cockpit of a plane where a passenger is at the controls after the pilot died in flight. Some very tense moments. Air traffic control operators did an amazing job helping the passenger safely land the plane.

And, don't miss Erica Hill's webcast on the daring landing and tonight's other headlines during the commercials. Watch our WEBCAST

Here are some of them:

2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

    Portugese waterdog is so adorable.

Love President Obama sense of humor. He does not have the "I am Mr. President." act when he was with those children. Talk to Easter bunny ear!! So cute.

I hope somebody interviews the polar bear woman. I would love to know what she was thinking.

If you let someone help you pick out your dog that makes you a truly trusted advisor! At least Caroline Kennedy is a good friend of the family, if anyone tells Shasha and Malia
that Caroline had a pony (Macaroni) when she lived at the White House, the President and Mrs. Obama are in big trouble!

    April 13, 2009 at 10:56 pm |
  26. Gloria, Brooklyn, NY

Hi "Bo" don't bury a bone in the White House gardening, please!

    Re: The Shot

Jumping into the polar bear exhibit during feeding time? Obviously, this lady is "one brick short of a full load".

    April 13, 2009 at 10:55 pm |
  28. Cherry B - Ms

If the Obamas needed a "hypoallergenic" dog, it's rare for a shelter dog to meet that qualification. Would be hard to find.

Thanks, Erica, for the heads up on people wanting to get any dog from a breeder. Please, please make sure they're reputable. Sure hope this doesn't go the way Dalmations did when the movie came out and everyone wants a P. Waterdog.

I hav'nt "blinked" since this show started – I could've won that presidential easter story challenge.

    They were great.

  32. Glen Up North

Good one, Jo Ann! 🙂 And here I thought the separation of Church and State was for a reason... for Church also not to meddle in State affairs, not just vice versa.

    April 13, 2009 at 10:54 pm |
  33. Naissa, Deep in the HEART of Texas

That Easter Egg Hunt looked like a BLAST!

    April 13, 2009 at 10:54 pm |
  34. Rikki, Fargo, ND

I understand that these people are upset that the Obama's didn't rescue a dog. But I'm of the opinion that there is nothing wrong with getting a dog from a breeder...My dog came from a breeder because I too have allergies...and I don't remember him promising to rescue a dog...He said they'd like to rescue a dog but they weren't sure they would be able to...

I'm glad I'm not the only one who reads like that to kids...okay, okay, and adults too.

@Mike...Thomas Jefferson? 200 years ago? Footnote: It's 2009. Things have changed just a little.

What a president. I never saw Bush have 1/2 the enthusiasm of Pres.Obama. The Easter Egg Roll was awesome

The egg role was cute, I liked how President Obama talked into the Ester Bunny's ear when the mike didn't work.

    Relaxation time of the president.
He deserves! Who does not deserve, right? 🙂

@Nattada, Houston TX. your comment is well taken, probably many will respond, i haven't had time to read all the comments. yes, it added another dimension when we found out how young the pirates were. I don't know. But basically, they are lawless criminals wreaking havoc on the high seas.against the name of international law, jeopardizing ships that are on peaceful missions. So their actions will, and did, have consequences.

    April 13, 2009 at 10:54 pm |
  41. Genevieve M, TX

OMG, I love the "Benny Hill Theme Song" being played to the Easter Egg Roll! LOL!!

Everytime the Obama family is seen – dooing anyting – we are reinfoced in the belief that we are the smartest, coolest electorate around.! Hooray for them. Good for us!

  43. Jasmine-Spokane, WA

It's cool because my friend's dog is named Bo Bo! I told her today at school and she was so happy about it!

    April 13, 2009 at 10:54 pm |
  44. Jonathan Wilson

Can anyone say John Kerry. I can hear President Bush saying Obama has flip flopped again. He should have got the dog from the pound as promised.

    April 13, 2009 at 10:54 pm |
  45. gail

The humane society guy is just a downer. This dog was a gift from Senator Kennedy and I for one do not begrudge them that gift. Also they are making a donation to the society . Good gracious they wanted a puppy and they got one that was being re homed for goodness sake. What wrong with that.

The Obama's girls must be eager.
