That's only the 15th time today I've heard that my day of reckoning has arrived.
Apparently some people in the audience think President Obama's speeches need a stimulus plan of their own.
"Man, I can't believe Barack did a Letterman on me about chewing this gum!"
Never one for subtlety, Senator Burris openly demonstrates the sentiment his surrounding colleagues endeavor, with varying degrees of success, to disguise.
"yea, yea, economy, bipartisan, blah blah blah, where is Blagovich when you need him?"
"Whew! All this standing up and clapping is wearing me out! If only I could sneak to the other side of the aisle...
" I'm tired of the hype, I'm tired of the spin."
Neither stick or stones or psychic thoughts will choke me out of office
Burris realizes that maybe he shouldn't have begged Blago for that senate seat after all.
Burris shows Senate colleagues how he won the pie eating contest at a Blogojovich fundraising event.
And a One, two, three, brother Obama, brother Obama we are sleeping, we are sleeping, the congress bells are ringing ding dang done:)

Roland Burris struggles to stay awake longer than anyone in his section.
I can't believe I still haven't recovered from all the energy I spent trying to fund-raise for Blago.
Before making any comments or judgement about Obama's speech, Congress decides to take a bit of a breather and 'sleep' on it.
This is boring. I want my money back!

All the standing up, applauding, and sitting down that occurred durning President Obama's speach proved to be too much for Roland Burris to handle.

Having waited all day for a good seat in the House to see President Obama speak, most members of Congress had a hard time staying awake to actually listen to him
I thought Ambien was a stool softener.
I need to stay awake. Sleeping during President Obama's speech could be one more thing that Sen. Durbin could use in his argument for me to resign.

After a long night, Burris is victorious over his colleagues for the title of Chairman of the "Bored.'
When is he going to get to the part about me getting some money from all of this?

The words of President Barack Obama work better than any lullaby could on putting Sen. Roland Burris to sleep.
"I can't believe I almost paid to be here."
Obviously, trying to keep my story straight has taken a bigger toll on me than I thought.
It's hard to keep awake when you haven't had a wink of sleep for two weeks.
I am just going to sit back a take a little nap. I have nothing to worry about. I have already dodged the Blagojevich bullet.
Thats the LAST time I'll let a repulican tie my tie for me.

While Sen. Burris had trouble remaining conscious during President Obama’s address, no one could have predicted the coma he would be succumb by after Gov. Bobby Jindal’s televised response.
