How to know that a child who has some symptoms similar to autism, but wasn't detected autism by a neurologist, may have this problem?
Or what can be done by the parents when a child has this disease?

If Angelina were smart, she would have just kept her mouth shut about the issue. A "no comment" would've been gracious.

Chris Brown needs to be ashamed of himself and shunned. Domestic violence is unexcusable in any circumstances. As a former victim of domestic violence I understand the pain and vicious cycle. I hope that Rihanna will eventually speak out to our young women about not standing for such violence.

“One Day, a day will come that we as a world will need to stand together for the survival of the human race, but before we can champion that day we must stand together as a world to practice, hence Science, the next life sustaining planet, the vehicle to get all of us there. What will be our Noah’s Ark?”

I realize that there is lots of anecdotal evidence that Ms. Suleman is delusional, but I have to say that she is really delusional if she thinks anyone will hire her as a mental health counselor, masters degree or not. I've worked in the field for more than ten years and she does not present as someone who will get hired by any clinic - competent or otherwise.

And what is with "Gregg is the one who asked for the position" ? If I ask to be appointed, will they just appoint me? It is the presidents responsibility to appoint his cabinent, he bears full responsibity. I thought that was in bad taste

@ Casey: No "normal" woman would put their body through that or put the lives of their children through that risk. All of them mother included could have died. Spoken from a Mom - 4 pregnancies - 2 beautiful children - 2 miscarriages - 1 fixed husband enough said.

Big lesson for Obama, bipartisanship doesnt mean allocating the other party cabinet posts, it is more important to give it to someone who shares your ideology.

For the women here. When I look at the mom, I can’t help but think she must be sincere–why or how could you go through that agony w/o truly being sincere about wanting the kids? Is therre apoint I’m missing?

I'm one of the few who thinks that she is sincere. I think she just did not look at what could happen and never thought she would have that many. I think that there's nothing wrong with a little compassion towards her.

Be very careful about what you say regarding controlling, or placing a limit on how many children woman can give birth to.

It is very important to uphold a woman's right to choose, regardless of some crazy woman trying for a world record.

Honestly, with such media saturation, is it surprising the woman is getting death threats? Really, I think it's unethical for the media to overexpose such subjects given the impact it will have on their personal life.

I think Obama is trying too hard on bi-partisanship, since its very clear the republicans want no part of it.

In short order, he will have 59 senators and the urgency of getting a bill passed will not be as great as it was with this bill. Let them filibuster-show the American people exaclty how obstructionist they are being.

Seriously there are real problems going on in this country I am so tired of this stupid crazy woman who has a bunch of kids! Geez!

I hope she is investigated by social services the children removed from her and given to people who can love and care for them!

I was disgusted at the appearance of her house the other night it literally made me sick! These poor kids! God only knows what this crazy woman is really like but one thing is for sure she needs intense pyshiatric help and soon very soon!

And again how did she pay for all this? No one has answered this quesiton how did she pay for all those implants?

For Heaven's sake no more death threats for Octo-mom (or anyone else!) People who do that need to take a real long look in the mirror.

Instead of focusing on OctoMom, we should be looking at Fertility clinics and their practices. It's sad that people waste their energy and time leaving death threats. However, It doesn't really surprise me, there is so much hate in the world today...

I like what Ms. Crawly said, thank goodness we have somebody on the show who see the Prez is trying with all he has to make things better for all of us. I feel bad for the Prez, but I hope he knows that the media and rep. may not care about him and what he's doing for us but we do.

I wonder how many people on this blog have read the federal budget. If you consider the currrent and future liabilities of this country you would see why the republicans are so upset. I wanted Bush out because he spent way too much. Now look what we have it is getting even worse. It will cost $35 for a coke before they are done. This has to stop. I had hoped Obama would use his approval rating to tell the people of this county the truth. We are broke.

C'mon guys – do the math: $768B to "stimulate" 306 Million people in the US is $2,500 per person = $7 per person per day for a year... Yeah!! Of course we can save the country with this "huge" investment NOT!

Let We the People stimulate the economy. Instead of 790 Billion in bailout money give one miliion to each taxpayer over 18 years minus the taxes; therefore only about 300 million dollars would be needed. The taxpayer would put the money into the economy by paying off their home, investing in stock, saving in banks, starting a business, paying off debt, home improvements, etc... versus the government trying to figure out what to do with it such as studying rats in Ca. With the taxes created road @ school improvements could occur.

Does anyone think that this is irresponsible??? I only have 1 sibling and would have like to be part of a big family and do not have anything wrong with someone having a big family but I just think this is not in the best interest of anyone.
