Hello Anderson Cooper, I must confess I met Condoleezza Rice more than 8 years ago at Chevron headquarters in San Ramón California. A friend and I just struck up a conversation in a lunch line with one another and she over heard us and introduced her self and sat down with us and talked a long time with us on many subjects. You must understand at this time she was not considered for any public position and Clinton was at the end of his second term. A year or so later both me and my friend were taken back to find out she became such a powerful person in American politics but after he and I talked about our conversation with her we came to the same conclusion she always had it even when she was talking to us normal everyday people. Intelligences, understanding, a world view vision, and much more we were just lucky to have had such a conversation with a very talented person. She is one of a kind!
I've talked to a lot of people about the s.o.s. for the last 8 years, and from what I've gathered, she's nothing but a "yes" person.....I guess that's what BUSH wanted.....Just about all his "cronies" are "yes" people...That's why he made so many mistakes the last 8 yrs.

I think Condi has offered advice to the president that he never used.
She seems like an intelligent woman and I look forward to her book on the last 8 yrs., if ever she writes it.
I actually look at Condi as a victim of Bush, but... a willing victim for reasons of her own selfishness and desire to climb the ladder. I think she doned a good job. Best of luck to her : )
A very intelligent Secretary of State!
I had no idea we had a Secretary of State for the past eight years.
