Mayor Diaz indicted himself twice in one interview: Being unaware of a $1.5mil waterslide project in his own city, and not denouncing it when he was told of it.

Fiscal irresponsibility will become more of an issue in future elections – and Mayor Diaz may have just lost himself any possibility of re-election.

A water park? Geez .... sounds like pork to me!!!

Who has a job with auto pay increases? $4700 a YR??? Must be nice. Maybe the voters should decide if the congress deserves a raise?

Thank you to whomever made the crawl go away!!!! YIPPPPPPEEEEE 🙂

Spirited discussion tonight! Larry King in the tub with Jim Carrey, though, made my day! What a way to end the show!

$3.99 for a small bottle of "Flame" is quite the rip off, IMO.

    NIte al!

The so called "pork barrel" projects highlighted on your show tonight would improve quality of life. Public infrastructure is much more than just bricks and mortar. It is amenities that make life worth living in an urban environment.

Again, we're watching the gays and politically correct cohorts convulsing because someone like Warren isn't affirming their belief system. How exclusionist can you get!

    Ben,
That's why we are so upset about the main st "bailout." It's really NOT creating the jobs it says it is. It's a money-grabbing stunt by guys who do have jobs. Why not use our efforts to REALLY help main st?

The clip of Jim Carrey and Larry King was hilarious! It make me laugh the first time I saw it and it still makes me laugh!

Burger King has a cologne? Junior High smells like sizzling meat? Where'd you go to junior high, Anderson?

Goodnight Anderson, Erica and blogger! Have a wonderful night!

Jim Carrie was best on In living Color, way back in the day, Old school Jim Carrie when he was the craziest, wildest guy onscreen. and still is.

it's sad to think drew peterson was an ex cop ,it's scarey.he should be in jail .either he's completely crazy or evil.his girlfriend is naive or just as crazy ,sorry to say,but true.it's a sad situation for his kids and family.i hope they find his wife so that they can convict.

Plenty of pork is no surprise, even at the smallest level of gov. Time to clean house, do we really need people who have dedicated their entire lives to "public service". Give me a break, try running a business that actually employs citizens, not taking their money.

Totally agree with posters. The city projects arene't about pork, they creating and saving jobs... And at the same time they might improve livability in our cities. How can solutions for getting prostitutes of the street, or better parks not be good for livibility?

Let The Obama economic team analyze the report, and decide what's pork and what's not. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt that his team will implement what works, and discard or revise what doesn't.
