Honestly, I got tired of Joe the Plumber as soon as I'd heard of him. It echoes of Joe Sixpack and I suspect we will hear about Joe Mainstreet, Joe Voter and Joe Breadline before this is over.
Candy Crowley is right on- Obama cant look like he won it & McCain cant look like he won it! I couldnt put it any better. This election should end now–put the old man out of his misery, right Anderson?
Last night it was a shame that Senator McCain constantly angrily chomped at Senator Obama rather than focus on what he would do for the country. This Joe the Plumber farce is a complete distraction.
Hi Anderson,
This is my first time blogging with you..this should be fun.
The new controlling state is Virginia. If McCain cannot win
Virginia, which hasn't voted for a Democratic presidential candidate since Carter (verify), he can't win.
Yeah, I guess Joe the Plumber isn't a licensed plumber.
I was looking at the last few months of the market averages for the various markets around the world. They've ALL gone down. Now I'm wondering, where is all this money going?! It has to be going somewhere, and that market would reflect that, but the markets are universally declining.
Please leave Joe alone. It's not his fault that he got thrown into the public arena. I just finished watching Larry King where Bill Maher called him a liar. He's just John Q Public trying to make a living. He's a private citizen – leave it that way. None of us would withstand scrutiny if a microscope was placed on us. None of us are perfect (thank God).
"Joe the Plumber" may not be what he professed to be but he still brought up a good point and it was Obama who said "spread the wealth". He may not be a plumber but he sure did "unclog" the issue today! Ha!
Anderson, From what I understand Joe is a plumber, he is just not certified, but either way what difference does it make? The point is that he represents that group of workers who would be concerned with Obama's tax plan.
I'm tired of Joe too! What about Marguerite the mom, the student, the assistant? I'm having a hard time paying rent, let alone buying a business.
Interesting that even with the stock Market changes, that comical cooperation gave a sense of hope for the nation. Amazing what can happe when individuals... and perhaps parties... cooperate for some common good.
Doesn't Joe the Plumber owe 1,200 in back taxes?
Hi Anderson, this top ten list is getting to be quite interesting. The blog is cool. I'm learning so much from watching u. Thank you.
I think I dated Joe the Plummer...
ENOUGH WITH JOE THE PLUBMER....talk about beating a dead horse.
So pretty much what John King and the map just said is that John McCain is screwed right? It just seems like he really doesn't have a chance, unless of course people are lying when they are polled.
"Joe, the plumber" was really starting to grate on the nerves there yesterday... I see he's still the object of conversation.
Why be suprised? McCain's campaign has been funny for a while now.
Can Joe the plummer sue John McCain for using his hame during the debate and in campaign speeches today?
im tired of "Joe "
Tracy,
Me too...... I like Candy Crowley..... she is best reporter......
The emerging hero of last night’s debate had to be Joe the Plummer. While the rest of us are worried about jobs, market returns and health care concerns, this guy is receiving high praise from both candidates as he positions himself to purchase a business. In lieu of this breaking information, I along with along with my other single middle class female friends here in Ohio want details on Joe the Plummer. Who is he, where is he and most importantly is he single. Okay AC360 team let’s keep these candidates honest. Is Joe the Plummer really who he claims to be or just a political plant?
Have a good evening everyone. : )
evening anderson and the 360 staff .
those robo calls mccain is doing is shameful for a man running for president. do he think fear is the way?
hi anderson
is it true that Joe the Plumber is not a Plumber
and is it true that his boss was not suppose to let him work at his company
We don't need Joe the plumber on the ballot, Sarah Palin is already on there...same thing!
Oh yeah, Hi Anderson!
I've gotten one of those Robo Calls from Michelle Obama here in Florida. It was a positive ad about not forgetting to vote.
John King is the man! but does the polls really matter?
Both of my kids have now voted. It is a cool time to be a Mom. I did not try to advise them, I've always told them to watch your show.
Does anyone like robo calls? They're annoying.
Good evening all, glad to see they can laugh at themselves.
McCain missed his calling, he should do that show the congress does each year, he was funny.
McCain missed his calling should been a comedlan
was good
Is there a way to prevent "robo calls"? I'd like to be able to send a virus back up the line! Grrrrrrr
Hello Bloggers! Well, finally McCain won something. He was definitely more funny than Obama tonight at the dinner.
I really like Candy. I wanna be her when I grow up.
Good Evening Anderson, Erica and fellow Bloggers
Good evening Anderson
Hi everyone!
Question... I loved Candy Crowley when she covered Clinton in the primary, but she sounds anti-Obama lately.
Am I being overly sensitive or has anyone else noticed this?
Love you Anderson and Erica!
Good Evening to all!
Evening all. It's going to be a long 19 days 'til Nov. 4th. Let's hope no one gets complacent.
Hi Anderson and Y'all
I really enjoyed the Al Smith Dinner.
What would have really been funny is if Obama would have said that he spilled his latte on his $500 pair of shoes.
Maybe we should all write in Joe the Plumber. He's at least as well qualified as Obama.
Good evening gang!
Hellooo Anderson, Erica, and best bloggers!!!!!
Wow!!!!!!!! wall stock rebound and Asia mix market too!!!!
Hello Anderson and bloggers!
Good Evening,
The candidates were funny this evening...I'm really surprised by McCain...he was good.
It was great to hear the comedy at the charity event. Hope to see more.
Good evening Anderson, Erica and all Bloggers. A lot going on today.
