McCain's reaction to Biden: More coffee

We hear that John McCain called Joe Biden to congratulate him this morning. "Old friends" we hear. No public comments from McCain yet.
In fact, we haven't heard anything from McCain since the start of last week. We've only seen the Senator getting his coffee fix.
Here's the report from the pool producer with McCain this morning:
A little after 8 am a four car caravan pulled down Hidden Valley Road towards the mailboxes. The senator and Cindy were in the second vehicle trailing a silver mini-van. There was also a dog in the back seat with them – what looked like a springer spaniel (according to others...I know nothing about dogs).
The senator arrived at the Starbucks in the Safeway at 820 and walked in with Mark Braden and Cindy. He emerged wearing a white tshirt, blue jeans and a blue cap. Cindy wore a black shirt, a tan hat and blue jeans. She was also wearing her bright pink cast.
Some pictures from the van but the McCains' heads were mostly obscured by a pesky pine tree. Will feed if there's interest.
He arrived back at 840 without incident.
That should be the lid for the day, but the pool will be on call.

I believe that McCain should pick Condoleza Rice as a VP, she has an inside to everything already and is an African American female, Hillary's supporters would support her as well as some of Obamas that really dont like him.
I am very disappointed at just how petty american politics is. Just how much more time must CNN and others spend on the fact that some Clinton supporters refuse to accept Hilary lost, and now like spoilt brats refuse to vote for Obama? Someone needs to tell them to grow up and, look at the ridiculous pro Hilary ads being published by Mc Cain! If they cannot see their pious contribution to naked Mc Cain exploitation, they should hang their heads in shame!
On a side note, If Obama does not stop acting as Mr. Nice; He may as well forget the White House and concentrate on being a Senator. He seems to concentrate more on micromanaging his campaign and taking too long if ever to respond to the republican onslaught.
McCain probably doesn't even remember Biden. He will be 72 on inaguration day if elected. Read the following and tell me how you can vote McCain ?

That was pretty mean spirited What you said about your
fellow american Democrat. That she is under educated to vote properly. I agree with you that you have to stay with this issues.
Here is a fact Tony.. You know how Obama supports abortion.
In 2002 out of 535 members in the Congress, he was the ONLY
ONE, that voted NO too medical care after botched abortions for those
precious innocent children. Even Planned parenthood doesn't agree
on his radical views on abortion. To me yes the ecomony is very important, gas the enviroment etc, however human life starts at conception, and America needs those future scientists, leaders, humanitians. However if they are not even a chance to live in their mothers whoms or even given medical treatment(which they will because the bill passed) America is on a dangerous path, if they choose to vote for Obama. Yes, the Republican commercials are getting very tiresome. Same old same old from their party and their candidate. I used to respect that man, but not anymore. McCain and the Republicans are once again stooping to scare tactics to get votes. When is the American public going to wise up?
The citizens of this nation need to be aware of the issues, and not be swayed by scare tactics, in order to make the wise decision when voting for the next president of our country. My vote will be for Obama/Biden! We need someone we can respect, and who will be respected by other nations, in the White House.
And for all you female Dems out there, who still think Hillary should be the nominee...if she gets rid of Bill (who I also used to respect), then maybe after Obama's two terms, she can run again and win!
Biden does help bolster Obama's position.
However the fact is it does not really matter a majority white america (evangicals etc) would rather have 4-8 more years of Bush like poltics than elect a non-white president of the United States.
The reaction of Hilary Clinton supporters and John McCain's new political tactics are appealing to that fact. Plus check the web! Its as plain as day. This country still has quite a ways to go. Most Americans do not research they listen to talk radio hosts and take their word as gospel truth.

Maybe John McCain is waiting for the curve-ball that Hilary Clinton so desperately needs to be thrown at the convention. The recent suit filed in PA of Berg v. Obama may just be the curveball McCain is awaiting. The attorney filing this suit is tied to the DNC and is filing it to "save" the Party. Why is no one following up on this or even commenting on it?

I think the Pawlenty comment on needing a 'mentor' to help you do your job is what will finally kill the Obama presidential hopes. It is both true and damaging.
im still upset to think that the mccain camp is trying to seize the moment by using our nominee mrs. clinton as an attack dog. this is just another case of mccain doing anything to win election while accusing obama of doing anything to get elected. i think this is outrageous and nothing more than political womanizing by using her pain for their political gain. very low senator mccain. you and the rove criminals should be ashamed !!
I am a Hillary Clinton supporter but I will not vote for obama and biden because I don’t want the same old politics to change there is no unity for us I don’t like the war in Iraq but we are there and we need protect the innocent from Iran we need a plan mccain has a real one I just wish the candidates would talk more on the economy and immigration I believe the only fair tax is the one where everyone pays the same% and illegal immigrants are give a chance for a clean slat and a green card if they start paying taxes and local and state governments to not get federal funding while they break the law and harbor illegal activities

Biden is a qualified , excellent selection and his candor is great ! No reflection to him or his accomplishments but think it should have been Clinton ! How many have ever heard tell of half credit for a vote in America ? So, it's more the process and how it was handled that leaves reasonable question and it was mishandled.
If this V.P. pick is any (more) indication of Sir Obama's decision making, the choice is crystal clear – McCain! Obama Bi(nLa)din....I don't think so!
