McCain is too old to be president for one. I think Senator Obama should choose Hillary as his running mate to silence the doubts that everyone has about him. He will be the first African American to become president in history along with the first woman vice president in history. This will be great for Americans who are looking for a true change. Forget ways of old, lets try something that has never been done before!

looking forward to the convention's, then people will really start to think about their vote, and pick their candidate. To bad the dems, have the wrong nominee, Hillary had a chance to beat MCcain. Obama is an empty suit, talks smooth, anything for a vote. I'll not vote for him and his racist wife, she is not a First Lady far from it and he will bring change, that would be diasterous. Let's get to the debates, and let people see the difference between these candidates, and they will see that MCcain will be their choice.

The Democratic Convention is especially important.

As Obama chooses his running mate, 'angry' people will choose not to support the democratic ticket, the convention, or its candidates. Nevertheless, before November 4th, they will have to make an important choice between embracing the future and the stoking the flames of our horrendous past.

As a young black man, I feel that the democratic convention is important because it will either confirm my self-imposed status as an American!?, or defer me to the status of second-class citizen, a gift I've been given thanks to the horrific legacy of this country.

    Boycotts are for wimps!
