Sorry Cindy... but I think that is a stereotypical view of evangelicals. I love the fact that he thinks he can break through that barrier...

There will always be people who want to listen to Imus, so there will always be those willing to hire him. Why are we still talking about this, again?

Whether we like it or not, religion and politics will always be intertwined because they both involve people interacting in a public way. Instead of bashing one or the other, I think the realisic way to move forward is to take both into account and to blend them. They each show forth who we are and what we think.

Just an observation from the country to the North... religion never seems to be an issue during any election to office in Canada regardless of the ethnic background of a candidate. There could be more to be said on that subject but I think I made my point.

What we have to keep reminding ourselves is that it is "Freedom Of Religion" not "Freedom From Religion." We might argue, but it's still the best any country has ever had!

Tanisha It is not about putting God and politics together it is about being who you are as a person. If you are a religious person and you think religiously you can not separate that from the rest of your person. That would be like saying that I am 2 different people. However, it is wrong for ppl to push their views on others.
