Hillary Clinton has many admirable qualities, but candor and openness and transparency and a commitment to well-established fact have not been notable among them. The indisputable elements of her Bosnian adventure affirm (again) the reluctant conclusion I reached in the final chapter of A Woman In Charge, my biography of her published last June:
“Since her Arkansas years [I wrote], Hillary Rodham Clinton has always had a difficult relationship with the truth... [J]udged against the facts, she has often chosen to obfuscate, omit, and avoid. It is an understatement by now that she has been known to apprehend truths about herself and the events of her life that others do not exactly share. " [italics added]
As I noted:
“Almost always, something holds her back from telling the whole story, as if she doesn’t trust the reader, listener, friend, interviewer, constituent—or perhaps herself—to understand the true significance of events…”
The Bosnian episode is a watershed event, because it indelibly brings to mind so many examples of this tendency– from the White House years and, worse, from Hillary Clinton’s take-no-prisoners presidential campaign. Her record as a public person is replete with “misstatements” and elisions and retracted and redacted and revoked assertions...
When the facts surrounding such characteristic episodes finally get sorted out - usually long after they have been challenged - the mysteries and contradictions are often dealt with by Hillary Clinton and her apparat in a blizzard of footnotes, addenda, revision, and disingenuous re-explanation: as occurred in regard to the draconian secrecy she imposed on her health-care task force (and its failed efforts in 1993-94); explanations of what could have been dutifully acknowledged, and deserved to be dismissed as a minor conflict of interest - once and for all - in Whitewater; or her recent Michigan-Florida migration from acceptance of the DNC’s refusal to recognize those states’ convention delegations (when it looked like she had the nomination sewn up) to her re-evaluation of the matter as a grave denial of basic human rights, after she fell impossibly behind in the delegate count. The latest episode - the sniper fire she so vividly remembered and described in chilling detail to buttress her claims of foreign policy “experience” - like the peace she didn’t bring to Northern Ireland, recalls another famous instance of faulty recollection during a crucial period in her odyssey. On January 15, 1995, she had just published her book, It Takes a Village, intended to herald a redemptive “come back” after the ravages of health care; Whitewater; the Travel Office firings she had ordered (but denied ordering); the disastrous staffing of the White House by the First Lady, not the President - all among the egregious errors that had led to the election of the Newt Gingrich Congress in 1994.On her book tour, she was asked on National Public Radio about the re-emergence of dormant Whitewater questions that week, when the so-called “missing billing records” had been found. Hillary stated with unequivocal certainty that she had consistently made public all the relevant documents related to Whitewater, including “every document we had,” to the editors of the New York Times before the newspaper’s original Whitewater story ran during Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential campaign.
Even her closest aides - as in the case of the Bosnian episode18 years later - could not imagine what possessed her to say such a thing. It was simply not true, as her lawyers and the editors of the Times (like CBS in the latest instance) recognized, leading to huge stories about her latest twisting of the facts. “Oh my God, we didn’t,” said Susan Thomasas, Hillary’s great friend, who was left to explain to the White House lawyers exactly how Hillary’s aides had carefully cherry-picked documents accessed for the Times in the presidential campaign. The White House was forced - once again - to acknowledge the first lady had been ‘mistaken;” her book tour was overwhelmed by the matter, and Times’ columnist Bill Safire that month coined the memorable characterization of Hillary Clinton as “a congenital liar.”
“Hillary values context; she does see the big picture. Hers, in fact, is not the mind of a conventional politician,” I wrote in A Woman In Charge. “But when it comes to herself, she sees with something less than candor and lucidity. She sees, like so many others, what she wants to see.”
The book concludes with this paragraph:
“As Hillary has continued to speak from the protective shell of her own making, and packaged herself for the widest possible consumption, she has misrepresented not just facts but often her essential self. Great politicians have always been marked by the consistency of their core beliefs, their strength of character in advocacy, and the self-knowledge that informs bold leadership. Almost always, Hillary has stood for good things. Yet there is a disconnect between her convictions and her words and actions. This is where Hillary disappoints. But the jury remains out. She still has time to prove her case, to effectuate those things that make her special, not fear them or camouflage them. We would all be the better for it, because what lies within may have the potential to change the world, if only a little.”
The jury - armed with definitive evidence like the CBS tape of Hillary Clinton’s Bosnian adventure - seems on the verge of returning a negative verdict on her candidacy.

It is time the voters of this country put the slime-ball Clinton political machine to bed for good. Hillary represents everything that is wrong with our political system today.
Three months ago, though an Obama supporter, I would have supported a fair, honest Hillary nomination. No more. Recent events have underscored the dubious persona of Bill and the judgement of Hillary. Can we draft Gore with Obama as his running mate?
Hillary talks about Obama had a choice to leave his pastor. Well, she made a choice to stay will Bill even though he LIED to the USA about his affair with Monica.
I only have but one simple comment that I believe everyone should ponder regarding the recent “misstatement: by Sen. Clinton about her trip to Bosnia. Didn’t our current president have vivid recurrences about experiencing chaos and sites of “Weapons of Mass Destruction”in Iraq, which he sold to the American people, to convince us that WAR was inevitable? Here it is, we ate up that story about Hillary and her action packed Rambo’ish arrival in Bosnia, in which she reflected back on, in at least three occasions THAT NEVER HAPPENED. Then tries to explain herself by claiming “human error”!? (Then laughs it off like it was really normal) Ok- Maybe I can see human error if she actually experienced something similar like her story however nothing even remotely close, to her story, ever happened. Maybe it’s me- but I don’t want someone that delusional in office. What if she was in office, as our president, and was experiencing these delusional stories just as the one she told, THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
I agree with those who say Hillary has more experience than Obama. She has had years perfecting her so called truth telling and tall tale telling, and one must admitt, she has the "I made a mistake" statement down to a T. She is an excellent example of I did, I thought I did, I did not, I will, I meant to I will, I said that. You get the point. She DOES have more experience. Just not the kind I am trust or vote for.
What pains me more is her arrogance in deceit. Just hope decent Americans would put a stop to her thrash of deceitfulness.
I
I guess lying about attending church is not a big deal – hey it's a SIN to lie and especially about attending church – but hey -it's Obama – the chosen child so who cares.
Reverend Wright is cancelling engagements left and right – let's keep a low profile like we tried when we announced our candidacy –
Transparency on Obama's part – that's a laugh – where's his state senate returns – HOW did he buy that house? Resko – only 80,000 oh sorry only 250,000 – but I gave it away so it doesn't count – GIVE US A BREAK!
Clinton '08 – we want solutions – Obama is so busy vacationing and not saying anything specific while the economic situation in the US worsens each day. Too bad he didn't get his mortgage from a subprime lender maybe then he'd do something.
All the Obama people are quick to forgive his little misstatements. "I never knew what Rev. Wright said....I wasn't in the pew." I think that is a whole lot more serious.
Saying that a sniper's bullet whizzed right by your head when it missed you by a mile...that's embellishment. Saying that there was sniper fire when there was none is plain old makin' stuff up.
Makin' stuff up is commonly known as lying.
Change R Not Us.
Hill-A-Bee Clinton cannot stop creating her own reality. It's that simple.
If you're behind in every vote category...offer the leader the Vice Presidency!
If you don't have the numbers...stage a "Re-Do" or "Re-Vote"!
If you don't have any real experience...make some up! Arriving in Bosnia under heavy sniper fire sounds so much better than reality.
If your husband cheats on you and gets impeached...Ignore, so long as he swears he'll help you get elected president by any means necessary!
There's actual REALITY...and then there's CLINTON REALITY.
I think the Webster dictionary staff should add the following word to their next edition:
"HILL-STORY"
As opposed to the unedited, unrevised version of events.
oh my. it is amazing how the supporters, almost worshippers, of bill and hillary can see the senators words as a mere mix-up. she knew she did not come under fire in bosnia and have to run for cover. that is something that would leave an indelible mark on a person.. if she were to be psycho-analyzed in depth, i fear we would find she has very deep-seated problems that would surely prevent her from being a capable leader of the free world. sad, so very sad. i do not think i would even want her to be my children's college professor.
Bill & Hill are chronic liars and back stabbers. Cut the fake smile and put an end to the candidacy ASAP before more of the filth will be expossed. They CAN NOT be trusted....NO WAY!!!!
Mrs. Clinton needs to step back from herself and look at how she sounds and appears to others. I had no preconceived idea about her. Her campaign is amazing and very sad. One day she is calm, the next day she is livid. She tells Mr. Obama to be "ashamed" of himself and then she has the vivid imagination that she was in danger when she really wasn't. She is demonstrating with her irratic behavior the very thing people use when describing women's behavior. She is not consistent and it is apparent that she will say anything to win the nomination. One can blame the "press" as that is easy to do; however, those videos of her are not fabricated. It is sad to see how she does not care about the Democratic Party. She should be ashamed.
Folks,
The thought of, perhaps nominating someone that cannot go through
one day without lies, makes me sick.
It shows how stupid Americans have become.
It's quite sad indeed
Good Lord people.....quit acting like kindergarteners and take a look at the big picture here. Aside from all of this nonsense that everyone is focusing on, both Obama and Clinton are promising the same things!!!!! I want Hillary, but if she doesn't get the nom., I'm voting for Obama. You all need to get over yourselves before McCain ends up in the White House and everything that is wrong with the country now stays exactly the same for at least 4 more years! And if everyone keeps this up, that's what is going to happen. And then you're all going to be kicking yourselves down the road....just as the people who voted for Bush are now.
As a Democrat, I am ready for the mud slinging to end for us to have a united party. This will not happen until Hillary drops out of the race and endorses Obama.
Hillary knows her days are numbered which is why she is now jumping on the "Rev. Wright is a racist" bandwagon. As an African American who has attending hundreds of Sunday and mid-week services, you are not going to remember every sermon that is delivered from your minister, nor are you going to agree with every word that comes from his mouth. You take what you can apply to your life and you leave behind what you disagree with – its as simple as that.
K. Harrison
Obama '08
So, okay. Where are we?
Draft Al Gore?
Rev Wright is old news from last week that Billary, could have commented on at that time. I find it extremely ironic that she would take the time to comment on it now. I find it almost laughable that she, woud state, "IF HE WERE MY PASTOR I WOULD HAVE LEFT THAT CHURCH" That is an easy comment to make especially since Sen Clinton does not have a church that she frequents, on a regular. That is if I am to believe she attends a church service at all.
How quickly we forgot HER husband's play on words, "I DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH THAT WOMAN", "I DID NOT INHALE" the fact still remains when you embellish the truth, it is still a lie and therefore will affect your creditablity. While I admired her as a first lady, she is just as lacking in experience. I wish that we could get back to the basics of why I should pick either OBAMA OR CLINTON. instead of all this who shot John. Although I am a democratic if they don't get back to the issues at hand, that include the betterment of this country I may just have to look into MCCain
I cannot tell you how upsetting it is seeing people excuse wrong doing. I guess 8 years of Bush has made us think that no one needs to be responsible for their actions. A lot of the people point to Obama when asked about Clinton's lies (As if he orchestrated them or something) but we have seen repetitively in this protracted campaign that he at least comes out and addresses the situation. He addressed the situation with his pastor head on instead of claiming to "mispeak". This especially noteworthy when you view the tape outside of the FoxNews lens and see the comments in context.
So many say we all have blemishes and it what makes us human. Clinton and Obama both have their blemishes, the difference is Clinton lies and explains them away while Obama addresses them.
Regardless of who you support, please at least demand some responsibility in your leaders. We have seen what happens when the American people write a free pass to a President... let's not make excuses for them and demand that they own up for all their actions, good and bad.
#1 Hillary
#2McCain
No Obama
Carl Bernstein, why won't you post this?
– – – – –
I encourage everyone to do their own research on the candidates and make up their own mind as to who the best person is for the White House. It’s OK to consider this story, but don’t forget to look at the big picture. We’ll all be doing a great service to our country by using our own head and choosing wisely the information that’s being fed to us. Thank you.

Hillary, like Bill, is a liar. There is no reason to get fancy when stating what she does. She is part of a generation that believes in situational ethics and that there are no consequences for acting dishonestly.
Hillary didn't just say it once. She repeated it. She claims that she is thoroughly vetted. This was a stupid lie, because it served no purpose.
Even if it were true, it doesn't add to her foreign policy experience.
If I happened to be shot at by the enemy, would that make me a foreign policy expert? Of course not!
It's bad enough to be dishonest. To be fair, both Hillary and Obama have been dishonest. But to lie about being shot at by snipers, when your teenage daughter is with you, is just plain stupid.
Maybe some americans have on BLINDERS and ear plugs on, you SEE NO EVIL AND HEAR NO EVIL.....HILLARY CLINTON IS NOTHING LESS THAN EVIL AND PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT HER ARE JUST AS EVIL......... WHEN WILL AMERICANS REALIZE THAT SHE HAS STAYED WITH BILL FOR HER OWN POLITICAL REASONS. SHE IS SO READY TO RUN THE WHITE HOUSE FROM DAY ONE WHEN SHE CAN'T RUN HER OWN HOUSE AND IF SHE IS SO "TOUGH" WHY DIDN'T SHE DO ANYTHING WHEN IT CAME TO MONICA WHO WAS REALLY THE VICTIM...... LETS NOT FORGET THEY ALSO HAVE A YOUNG DAUGHTER WHAT IF IT HAD BEEN HER.....SHAME ON THOSE SELFISH LYING,CHEATING,POWER HUNGRY PEOPLE.
LETS NOT ALSO FORGET THAT SHE IS RUNNING FOR THE PRESIDENT OF UNITED STATES AS A (WOMAN) IS HER CHOICE THAT DOES NOT MAKE HER EXCUSEABLE THIS IS A COMPETITION SO SHE HAS TO ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES.....I'M PRETTY SURE BILL CAN SHOW HER HOW TO DO THAT VERY WELL.............I AM ASHAMED OF HER TALKING ABOUT SHE IS A "STRONG" WOMAM I AM SURE THERE ARE MANY WOMEN WITH NO EXPERIENCE CAN DO A BETTER JOB....AND THOSE OF YOU LIVING IN THAT GLASS HOUSE LETS NOT THROW STONES I AM SURE WE ALL HAVE SOMETHING THAT WE ARE NOT PROUD OF DOING.....................
Lesson to Hil:
Misspeaking: I was 28 the first time I moved to New York (when the truth is, I was 27).
Lying: I was shot at the first time I visited New York (when I wasn't shot at).
Do we really want another Clinton? REALLY?
Obama '08 – Don't let Clinton kill the Party.
Why do so many attack our politicians on a personal basis? Is Hilliary the first to have a spouse cheat on her or Obama the first to be tarred with the same brush as his supporters?
Does, what happens to their friends and families really matter? when it comes to selecting the best candidate for the supreme office?
Are the American people that petty? or is more likely a free press creating something out of nothing to get attention and sell air time?
Can we not have a debate on the issues? Can we not have analysis of what each candidate has done on the floor of the house? Let me see what each has voted for and why...then we can decide...
Wake Up America! Enough with "political correctness". It is not a "misspeak" 'exaggeration" "I'm only human" "it was years ago". It was a flagrant, outright, deceitful attempt by Hillary, not one of her staff, nor the media, no, it was Hillary, no less than three times on this particular occasion, to blatantly attach "foreign policy experience" or "courage""resolve" or any other "positive" attributes one may care to attach to her. And it is not simply a politician "embellishing" their photo op public persona. It was an outright lie. Caught in the truth of a camera lens. Blatant. Flagrant. How many more is she going to be allowed? From Whitewater to today, her record is anything but "misspeak". One more question, can anyone show me proof of her holding any kind of government issued security clearance during her time as First Lady? I'd like to know how she has "Foreign Policy" experience without one, acting as a duly empowered representative of our government, qualified at the least in part with some kind of clearance allowing access to what must have been current, relevant, and necessary information concurrent with those issues she purportedly participated in at the time? Or is this government in general, no matter who occupies the White House, so disfunctional, that now First Ladies are at the forefront of performing those duties which are supposed to be the responsibilites of the State Department? Hillary, you got caught in a lie. Own up to it. Admit you lied. Admit you exagerrated. Show what integrity you have. Oh, and Bill, your wife did get caught in a lie. You know what that experience is like, do you not? And I have absolutely no fear of my nose and its health Bill. Not from you. And Bill, what kind of man, let alone President, would allow his wife, and child, to enter what your wife said (lied) was such a dangerous location to travel to where a President would not dare to go? Anyone who was there knows there wasn't anyone with so much as a spitball within miles of Hillary.
Hillary should write down on a piece of paper everything she is going to say publicly before saying it- Her worse enemy are her own words-
Dave
Obama has embellished his whole career.
He wrote memoirs in his mid-30s, for God's sake, and when his books came out, there were the little tempests in a tea cup regarding the "poetic license" he took with the facts in his stories. Why not go back and look at his work again, and see how the facts are borne out?
Do you really think she told this as a lie? She would have to be a complete idiot to think she wouldn't get caught in a lie on videotape, and she is not an idiot. I will write this off to campaign fatigue and a cloudy recollection of the facts. Forgiveable in my book.
i am not good at taking sides in arguments but in this case i think both candidates should not forget that they are members of a party that they should be a little more civil in their quest to clinch the ticket,i want to call on the clinton's camp to tone down a little because at the rate at which they are going they would arm the republicians in the fall to win the general election.both candidates have the duty of persuading their supporters to vote for whomever clinches the nomination cos their supporters are really divided!i love both of you
Night and day this guy spouts his misery about Mrs. Clinton.
What the hell is his problem? He is just a big whining baby and
should be taken off the air for being a total ass
Hillary's selective interpretation of her past does matter. she has said herself that all people have to judge the candidates on are their records and what they've said. Well, she's shown that you cannot trust what she's said and her record is either a mystery or equivocal.
even when she is caught in a lie as with the Bosnia thing, she comes out and says she 'mis-spoke'. let's get real hear, admit you embellished it and apologize for doing so, but take full credit for the successful mission, which no one denies.
Look at how Obama handles a scandal; as with his overly-zealous minister. Head on, he comes out and gives a VERY good speech on the subject, repeatedly saying that the controversial soundbites from his former pastor's 30 year career were wrong, explaining where that kind of incorrect thinking comes from, and offers a path for everyone to learn and grow from the controversy.
This is what we want and need in a President. Someone who will take the high road and confront issues head on rather than let them fester, distracting this country from the important issues.
No, Obama is not a saint. Not in any way. He has made it quite clear that he is human and made many mistakes.
He is however, honest and open about those mistakes. I'd rather have someone who screws up and then says "You know what, I just messed up royally" than someone who makes a huge mistake (Iraq anyone?) and denies it was the wrong thing to do over and over and over again.
Sound familiar? Hillary?
Why would the people of the US, particularly the democratic party, support such an obvious, petty liar, who will clearly say ANYTHING to get elected. What makes you all so sure she didnt Coach Bill to do all his lying? Do birds of a feather not stick together?
With all the things that Hillary has said over the years, and with each statement examined under a microscope and turned inside our, including her personal life being subjected to over the top prying from a rabid press and ugly republican spin machine, you Clinton bashers catch her in a few exaggerations and misstatements ( what novel concepts - exaggerations or misstatements in politics!!) and label her a pathological liar –
is Bernstein a psychotherapist – does he have any idea what he's talking about?
This is why I will vote for Obama – Clinton is a liar – there is nothing more to say
I think it's funny that so many people are posting messages saying that CNN is anti-Hillary. Isn't CNN known as the "Clinton News Network"? If I didn't know I was on the CNN website, I would swear I was reading this on FOX NEWS!! McCain '08!!
Thank you, enuff in SD – I had enough of Hillary when she voted for the war and defended her comments on the floor of the senate using the strong rhetoric right out of the Cheney arguments for the war!
She puts her own self-interests in front of the country's interests – just look at the way she's run her campaign! I've had enough of Hillary and divisive politicians!!
Enough Hillary in PA!!!
Well this is an issue, If we can't trust what she's saying why would we vote for her? Also were not picking on her. Its not like Barack Obama hasn't had any bad press, its just that Hilary's shines through. Would you trust some one who doesn't prepare for a speech and "lie" about past events. Or some one who doesn't were a flag pin, or "Hussein" Obama? There both being attacked, but Obama's character is still intact. As far as we know Hilary was indeed trying to make herself look better, but either way she needs to prepare for her speeches in a better way from now on to make sure this kind of thing never happens again.
Bravo!..Hillary has lied regarding sd many things, such as Bosnia, Ireland, and being against NAFTA has back to bite her time and timeagain. She is incapable of being truthful. Her continued kitchen sink strategy will prove the undoing of the Democratic Party. This campaign has come down to snide remarks and lies. Wake up everyone, if she is the candidate and eventual president, who will she blame for answering that red phone when she won't take responsibility for her own comments or actions!
REV. WRIGHT SHOULD OF BEEN PREACHING LOVE NOT HATE. IT IS UNFORGIVEABLE WHAT HE SAID AND DID. NO TRUE AMERICAN SHOULD PUT UP WITH THIS. I LOVE MY COUNTRY AND RESPECT IT. THIS MATTER SHOULD NOT BE DROPPED.
AS FAR AS HILLARY CLINTON SHE CAN STAY IN AS LONG AS SHE WANTS. THIS IS AMERICA. BUT IF I WAS HILLARY I WOULD PULL OUT AND SAY FORGET THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY. IN FACT I ENCOURAGE HER TO START ANOTHER PARTY. THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY TURNED THEIR BACK ON THE CLINTON FAMILY. THIS FAMILY HAS DONE SO MUCH FOR OUR COUNTRY
While all of us have, at one point or another, told stories that shade the truth, it is troublesome that Hillary Clinton has invented entirely new memories to replace her "real" ones. This implies that she is not only not able to distinguish between absolute factual reality and fantasy, but that she is willing to make calculated public statements that blur this distinction. I believe that this calls into question how she ethically differs from our current decider-in-chief, whose "truth" goalposts have shifted several times over the course of his administration.
To be totally fair, she might have mis-remembered the Bosnian events, but if that was the case why did her campaign not vet it. That is what campaigns do and surely SOMEONE fell down on the job. Lastly, if this was a case of sniperfire, why would Clinton's teenage daughter have been on the trip? Who takes their minor-aged only child to a real warzone? Why would the military have risked landing and killing the first lady and child? etc, etc, etc...her story seems less plausible the more I think about it... Good luck to you Senator Clinton.
Rev. Wright came to Bill Clintons defense when he was in trouble with Monica. When the shoe was on the other foot, the Clintons throw Rev. Wright under the bus.
Shame!
Liar Liar, Pants on Fire.
Hillary's pro's are greater then her con's??? I'll call your bluff, what has she done that is so outstanding? Lied about Whitewater, withheld records/documents, claims she did so much for our country on foreign trips with her, then husband president Bill, when in fact, acccording to the press, all she did was entertain the foreign leaders wives while "over hormoned Bill" was doing the actual diplomacy work, it's past time the "women" stopped standing up for this lying poor excuse for a woman and voted for a president, not a sex, same with the colored people and their voing for race, thanks to those two classes we let go the only chance of having "good president candidates, Huckabee and Romney, shame should be all around you people.
Cindy,
What does it matter that she embellished her trip to Bosnia?
She is a candidate for the President of the United States! Her past actions are the best precedent for her future actions. She has proven time and time again that she will bend the truth, that she will say whatever sounds best to her current audience. There is no room in the White House for someone whose policy is saying whatever they think people want to hear.
Cindy, the problem is that she flat out lied. She didn't just mis speak. She went on to tell a story that was not true. When she was called on it, she tried to cover it up with yet another lie. Sounds a lot like the "leader" we have now. Besides, even if it were true, that would mean that she knowingly and willingly brought her 16 year old daughter into a war zone. Doesn't that constitute child endangerment at the very least?
Yep, she really cares about the children alright. Using her own as a human shield. Fortunately, that isn't the case. Her daughter wasn't in any danger. She just has liars for parents.
Hillary's claim to have been under sniper fire is alarming. The video evidence to the contrary makes it look like a fabrication intended to elevate others' opinion of her, and honesty is the most important quality in a candidate. I don't blame her for not admitting she made it up (as I think she did), but her claim to have misspoken is unbeleivable. I think Mccain misspoke when he said Al Qaida was being trained in Iran - he got a couple words mixed up. But Hillary spun a story that was essentially contrary to what happened IN HER OWN LIFE: 'I said we rushed heads-down to our car under sniper fire, but what I meant to say is that we walked across the tarmac, met with some kids, and had lunch.' And it's not like she confused that trip with all those other times she was under sniper fire. And I don't buy the argument that she can't be expected to remember what happened after so many years - people tend to remember being in mortal danger very well. In any case, she would get creamed by Mccain, who'd tell her all about worrying about snipers the last time he landed in Vietnam. Obama is the one for me.
You know if you read all these blogs, you will see a pattern of Hillary supporters that sound like Carl Rove wrote their comments for them. I hear a lot of closet bigots. Why all are so mad about a lier being called out because she is caught doing the opposite of what she claimed on video is a mystery to me! Obama never called her out on this, the media did, and wouldn't have been able to but for the words she spoke on her own, without anyone to blame but her self. She has had to sling mud to even stay in the race. Because she was feeling so entitled she took for granted she would be crowned the dem. nominee, so she blew it and didn't have a back up plan. Now she dosn't care if she blows the election for herself and Obama. Go ahead you dummies that say you will vote republican if she dosn't win the nomination and you will have the supreme court you deserve for years. I am starting to really dislike Hillary, but will hold my nose and vote for her if she manages to steal this election because I still care more for this countrys future than my candidate. One thing you can't say about Obama is that he spends time praising the McWar candidate.
Please do NOT let thisget spun into her just "Mispeaking"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE FLAT OUT LIED TO NOT ONLY THE AMERICAN PEOPLE BUT THE WORLD!!!!
How the hell would you forget if you were shot at.....EVER IN YOUR LIFETIME ??????!!!!!!
CNN please do not let this story get dropped...we are not asking you to take sides but let's get real....Hillary is most certainly ripping the democrats assunder...SHE cannot tell the truth and when she is confronted with the actual truth she goes into denial mode or just dismisses it as if it were inconsequential.
Hillary.....you ARE NOT entitilled to this nomination or to the highest level in your goverment, which is the Presidency...
You have been vetted, weighed and now judged...YOU'RE A LIAR...PERIOD!!!!
OBAMA 08/12...THE TRUTH PERSONIFIED.
