Assessing the damage in Colorado

Nearly 18,000 homes are damaged after Colorado's historic flooding. Many residents are finally getting to see what's left of their homes. While others are choosing to ignore evacuation orders, even though many areas are still cut off from emergency services. Kyung Lah has the latest.

Massive evacuation in Colorado

An around the clock effort is going on right now to help hundreds of people stranded in communities cut off by Colorado's historic floods. The National Guard says the operation may be the largest U.S. evacuation since Hurricane Katrina. CNN's Kyung Lah got a first hand look.
