Scotland prepares to vote on independence

Polls are about to open in Scotland for an historic referendum on independence from the U.K. There are certainly practical implications if Scotland breaks away, but there are also practical matters. John Berman takes a closer look at all of it.

John, regarding your above video on the Scottish vote, let me point out a rather large faux pas in your last sentence where you wrap up proclaiming Elizabeth to be "queen of all of it." You included the Republic of Ireland as one of the countries you are referring to, which is untrue. Elizabeth is no more considered the queen of Ireland than she is queen of the U.S. Many Irish lives were given over the years to win the country's independence from England (and the monarchy) so please make a small edit to correct your narration.
