New information on aftermath video of the Michael Brown shooting

"He had his f****n hands up." That's what one witnesses is screaming in a video recorded moments after the shooting death of Michael Brown. He was one of two contractors who just happened to be working nearby that day. Randi Kaye spoke to the attorney for the man who shot that video and she has new information.

How does this video change the case against Officer Darren Wilson? Anderson discussed this with CNN Senior Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin and Anthony Gray, who is an attorney for Michael Brown's family.

I lost my 19 y/o son, Joshua, on Feb 16, 2006, to police murdering him. He was white, so I don't get airtime nor coverage.

Why did four on-scene officers resign 3 months after Josh's death?
I disvovered that the last person to see Josh alive, was a McGregor officer, at 1AM in Amsler Park. Curfew @ 10 PM. Almost 9 years later, I don't know which officer or what may have transpired.
    No investigation.
The Texas Ranger, Stephen Foster, whom I asked to investigate, retired and became Chief of Police/McGregor in 2008. Coincidence? I don't think so.
