Phoenix VA Hospital Director placed on administrative leave

Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki is now responding to allegations of U.S. Veterans dying while waiting for care at a Phoenix VA Hospital. It comes less than 24 hours after AC360 aired Drew Griffin's report that showed VA Hospital Director Sharon Helman speeding away from his camera, before finally sitting down to deny allegations made by a retired doctor that her hospital kept a secret waiting list. Drew Griffin has the latest twist in the case.

Amanda Knox: It's definitely limbo

Is Donald Sterling preparing for battle?

A ten-member committee of NBA owners held a meeting today to discuss Donald Sterling's ownership stake in the L.A. Clippers. The league released a statement saying:

"This afternoon the Advisory/Finance Committee met via conference call to discuss the process for termination of Donald T. Sterling's ownership of the Los Angeles Clippers. The Committee unanimously agreed to move forward as expeditiously as possible and will reconvene next week."

Donald Sterling has not yet announced what he plans to do. But he could tie the process in court, which is something that he is known to do. Anderson looked at Sterling's options with CNN legal analysts Mark Geragos and Sunny Hostin.

Is the Malaysian report on Flight 370 a case of 'too little too late'?

Malaysian authorities released their preliminary report on the disappearance of Flight 370 today. It is already raising questions about wasted time and wasted opportunities when the plane first vanished. Rene Marsh takes a look at what's in the report and what's not.

Anderson broke down what's in the Malaysian report with aviation analysts Miles O'Brien and David Soucie, along with aviation correspondent Richard Quest and David Gallo, who was a co-leader of the Air France 447 search.
