Dylan Farrow's sex assault claims against Woody Allen

California mother loses both of her sons to gun violence in 19 days

Escaped murderer is back in custody

A multi-state manhunt ends with convicted murderer Michael David Elliot back in custody. He broke out of a Michigan prison and was captured in Indiana. While he was on the run, he allegedly carjacked a woman's Jeep and took her hostage. That woman managed to help police by calling 911. George Howell has the latest on Elliot's capture.

It is the first time he answered the public's questions since a news conference nearly a month ago, and once again he denied any knowledge of the traffic debacle. Philip Seymour Hoffman and the heroin epidemic

The death of actor Philip Seymour Hoffman comes as authorities warn heroin addiction in the U.S. is soaring. Anderson discussed the problem with Dr. Drew Pinsky who says the rising price of prescription pills is forcing more drug abusers to "graduate to heroin."
Gary Tuchman visited a rehab center where the director says he cannot remember ever seeing as many people coming in addicted to heroin.
