Alex Trebek's enthusiasm for a "Jeopardy!" category about rap lyrics hip hops its way onto the RidicuList.
As a woman, a mother, and a NICU nurse, I am infuriated by the female commentator on your show tonight. She is preaching about a woman's "right to choose" while insisting that the woman in questions' wishes are invalid. Infants who have not had oxygen for long periods of time are not necessarily what she is picturing when she is speaking about the love of a mother and a baby. While the baby would be loved, and should be loved when born with ANY disabilities or disadvantages, forcing a baby to be born who will then SUFFER because of all the medical procedures and long term care that may be necessary is not a consideration to be ignored. Quit talking about a "woman's rights' when you are only concerned with what you own personal choice would be. The woman has the right to choose: she chose no life support. The child has rights too: the right to not suffer.
Shame shame shame on Sunny. She is speaking her opinion. Yes it is a woman's right to choose. At the situation before
us, it is without a doubt up to the husband. Sunny needs to but out of what she says should be a right to choose, and yet it is only her opinion she is professing. Mother of 2 daughters, nana of 4 grandchildren.
