Autism and childbirth: A Link?

A new study published in the JAMA Pediatrics suggests autism might be linked to inducing or speeding up labor.  The findings have many expecting moms concerned, but the study comes with caveats. Anderson spoke with chief medical correspondent Dr. Sanjay Gupta.

Arrest in Baby Veronica custody battle

Another painful chapter in the bitter custody battle over "Baby Veronica."  Her biological father Dusten Brown was arrested today for failing to show up to a court appointed hearing, which was meant to be the first step in handing over the now four-year-old girl backto her adoptive parents.  360's Randi Kaye has the latest.

KTH: Race and stop-and-frisk

A federal judge ruling New York City's stop-and-frisk policy is unconstitutional. 88% of cases do not result in officers writing a ticket or making an arrest. Some 100,000 people were stopped and frisked in the first three months of this year. In today's ruling, the judge slammed the policy as "indirect racial profiling." Anderson discussed all of this with New York Times columnist Charles Blow, conservative blogger Crystal Wright and criminal defense attorney Mark Geragos.

Sinkhole swallows resort

A vacation nightmare on an epic scale. A villa at central Florida's Summer Bay Resort with more than 100 people inside was swallowed by a massive sinkhole.  Now we are hearing what it was like for everyone who survived. CNN's Martin Savidge has the latest.

Hannah Anderson's first days of freedom

Hannah Anderson's ordeal did not end with her dramatic rescue. She only learned James DiMaggio killed her mother and younger brother after the raid. At a press conference today, her father Brett Anderson said Hannah's "healing process will be slow." Anderson discussed her recovery with John Walsh and Ed Smart.

Inside the rescue of Hannah Anderson

Hannah Anderson is free, after a daring rescue operation in the Idaho wilderness that left her kidnapper James DiMaggio dead.  Hannah's father says she is now "surrounded by the love of her family, friends and community." FBI agents, acting on a tip from horseback riders, swarmed DiMaggio's campsite. CNN's Miguel Marquez takes a closer look at how it all unfolded.
