Jeffrey Toobin and Mark Geragos react to the testimony given by a psychologist for the defense about Jodi Arias' memory lapses.
For more, watch Prosecutor hammers Arias on last day
Arias always remembers to wear glasses in court, even though she never wore glasses in the pictures of her that were taken prior to the trial. This makes it seem like she is wearing glasses in court only for the purpose of trying to give the jury a false impression of her.
I'm waiting to see how this aids her claim of self-defence, not premeditation; after all isn't this what the trial is all about?
Anderson, thank you for having Jeff and Mark on your show to discuss this case in a way we can hear what they are saying and they don't cut each other off or shout each other down. Sometimes the sound and fury coming from all the other coverage obscures the grisly and gruesome crime that took place in his bathroom. Talk about cold-blooded – like you said, this man had no idea when he was staring at the camera that he was about to be butchered. Like the prosecutor said, she killed him three times over and I would add she is now assassinating his character in death. Do you think the prosecutor will play the part of the police interview where she says "IF I did this I would beg for the death penalty"?
Jodia Arias is such a bad lair and she has a right to due process but it makes me sick to ever hear her speak she is a cold blooded killer and lair
Oh my goodness !!! I saw the testimony of this doctor that is defending Jodi Arias !! Wow, he sounded like he likes Jodi !!! So funny I thought " Oh my God I wonder what kind of sex Jodi had with this doctor !!! Oh, wow, please ask Jodi....... Oh, well.... she will not be able to remember..... after sex the fog comes in and takes her brains. We are insulting the jury by calling someone to make this allegations.
