Remembering Daniel, Charlotte, Caroline & Vicki

7-year old Daniel Barden was called the "spark of the family."  His family describes Daniel as thoughtful and affectionate.

6-year old Charlotte Bacon was a little girl with a big personality. She was extraordinarily gifted her family says, and loved going to school to learn.

6-year old Caroline Previdi loved to draw and dance. Family members called her "Silly Caroline" because of the way she tried to make people laugh.

27-year old Victoria Soto was loved by her students. Her mother says Vicki loved her students more than life, "She talked about them all the time with such fondness and caring... I have no doubt in my mind she did everything she could to protect every single one of them."

It seems the veil is very thin these days between this world and the next, including the evil reality that exists. It could very well be the turning point for the battle between good and evil in a major way. Prayer is more powerful than we realize and even more so now, I think.

The victims are fine, I'm sure, where they are now. Their parents are not and need prayers, prayers and more prayers to sustain them. America needs changes and no excuses. I see that happening. I don't think it will fail. The people in our country are phenomenal and outweigh the bad immensely. Whatever we are going through is surely not over so we need fortitude and faith always. God bless.

My heart aches for all the families who lost a child. My heart aches for all the pain everyone is going through. Victoria Soto will continue to love and be with those children in heaven. God will make sure she is his right hand with the children. God bless them all and the town of Newtown. Be strong and love each other to help with each day.

My name is Ronna and I live in Saskatoon. Saskatchewan, Canada.Tonight while grocery shopping a young girl approached me offering a Candy Cane. My smile of her gratitude turned to tears when I read the note attached "Please accept this kind gesture as a remembrance of the victims of the Sandy Hook School Shooting". Below this was the name
Daniel Barden age 7. As I continued shopping I would see this little girl hand out candy canes to shoppers and assumed each candy cane represented a child and teacher lost at Sandy Hook. When I returned home I hung the candy cane on my tree with the note and Daniel's name on it to remind me of him and al the victims of last Friday's. tragedy. I will continue to hang this Candy Cane Yearly in the memory of Daniel and all those lost last Friday and want Daniel's family and the families of Newtown to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. May God Bless.
