Israeli Ambassador to the U.S., Michael Oren, tells Anderson that the Israel-Gaza peace negotiations need to be "face to face" between Israelis & Palestinians. He adds, "Hamas is not a part of the negotiations."
Thank you for a wonderful coverage of this conflict. For the first time we saw that there were coverage of both sides instead of mainly one side coverage, such as Israel. We really appreciate your fair and balance coverage and I hope you keep up the good work.
Hamas is the ELECTED representative of the people of Gaza, in an election that could teach both the US and Israel quite a few lessons about how to run democratic elections. What Israel thinks about that is irrelevant. Israel does not dictate to the Palestinians who will represent them in any negotiation. Period, end of story.
tired of israhell's same old excuses, thankfully they did not do a ground invasion, that's because they know the world is really watching this time, thier not sending in ground forces is akin to someone being mugged and beaten with their wallet stolen saying well at least I didnt lose my life..
Anderson Cooper goes beyond the headlines to tell stories from many points of view, so you can make up your own mind about the news. Tune in weeknights at 8 and 10 ET on CNN.
