Romney said his principles are to "simplify the code, create incentives for small businesses and large business to grow, don't reduce the burden on high-income tax payers, and remove the burden from middle-income" Americans.

Fail. How is this any more "specific", CNN? He said he would not eliminate the charitable deduction and the home mortgage deduction. Ok...so what WOULD he eliminate, in order to pay for across the board rate cuts?
