CNN's Max Foster talks with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge about the legal battle over the recent topless photos published in two European magazines.
re: Photos of Kate Middleton-the pictures were taken by the "peeping tom". They were taken by someone hiding in the trees leering into a private back yard. The issue is not whether or not these are distasteful or tasteful pictures...there is a definite personal violation here. The table should be turned on the photographer. Someone should stalk him and his wife/girlfriend....hide in the trees somewhere and get personal intimate pictures and put them on the internet. Its one thing to be out in the public and have pictures taken but quite another to have them taken without permission in the privacy of your home (or vacation home).
