Man who murdered Texas teacher is free

A mother in south Texas awaits justice after her daughter was murdered in 2005 and the killer escaped the sentence. CNN's Gary Tuchman reports.

    The local media has failed to bring light to this story, much less to the decades of corruption in the area – thank you, Gary and CNN!

    Villalobos even ran for the Texas Senate with all of this coming out! Now THAT takes some brass.
