    Aren't the police supposed set the moral standerd maybe this is why youths are bullys this is the standard being set

    What does David Gurgen mean in saying that the US (the Obama administration) will be held responsible if Chen Guangcheng left the US embassy and is not allowed to return to it? He asked to leave (he has said so). What was the embassy supposed to do, keep him there against his will?
