....got another solution to the problem of TWW (txting while walking!)...make it illegal! Like the DRASTIC reduction in the number of car drivers who text...we are sure to see a lot more conscientious walkers!...all we need is a something like a quadrupeling of police forces nationwide! Wow we could get success like the drug war...
