Yes, ofcourse, the shooting of Martin has got to do nothing with race, but right or wrong. Do you think that Zimmerman was blind just to sniff about Martin? No, he saw him . Gradually stoked him untill his instinct to murder rushed his warm blood to a point of hysterical. " Oh!..this was what I know of these people unless I defend myself", Zimmerman said to himself. Martin was all the time wondering why would the dude follow him around. We can think in whichever way Zimmerman was wrong....
It doesn't matter if race was the issue or not, it was still an unprovoked murder. The issue of race may play a part in determining what type of punishment Zimmerman should get, or in explaining why he would do something like this, but the bottom line is that he murdered someone for no reason, and should be held accountable for his actions.
I don't know if zimmerman wore clothing to signify that he was part of a community watch program. If he wore no such clothing, how would the kid know who he was. Not only would it be a problem if Zimmerman didn't wear a uniform,as police and security guards or simply a badge or identifying card, it is a problem that he patrolled alone-usually police go in pairs-making him more fearful,I think. It seems the police recruited civilians for this watch, they should have provided zimmerman with identifying clothing and badge,or card, that should have prevented this tragedy.
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM may not have been race but it was definitely someone who wanted to kill another human being that day. It was MURDER!!!!!
Does anyone know if there was an autopsy done on Trayvon and if there were any suspicious or any abnormal marks on Trayvon's body I keep hearing that zimmerman had a bloody nose and a bump on the back of his head so I can just imagine what kind of wounds Trayvon has but I haven't heard any thing about that
