Your reporter said "nuclear fuel exploded through the wall" in Japan. Are you kidding? You should know that (1) no nuclear fuel exploded (that would have been quite the story) and (2) the explosions that destroyed the reactor buildings were hydrogen explosions. Yes radiation is leaking and the hydrogen came from the nuclear fuel, but nuclear fuel did not go throught the side of the building as you explicitly stated.
