Per your most recent 360 update regarding the upheld pardon in Mississippi. My question is: since this is not considered in the jurisdiction of the federal court and the power lies solely within each state and in this case with the Govenor of Mississippi, then shouldn't each state have the power to decline acknowledging the pardon of convicted murderers, rapists, sex offenders, etc. should they step outside of the state of which they were granted a pardon from since this is a state issue and not a federal issue?
