In other words it doesn't matter that Gingrich, obviously, is a lobbyist. it's what he does and contract loopholes aside it's what he's been doing since leaving Congress. So much interest money is tied to the so-called top tier candidates that no matter what they believe in or who is best at soap opera acting, or who paid more taxes, they will never deviate from the current power structure. On both sides only Paul promises to take away the power of the people who bankrupted the entire world.

Let's all remember that whether Gingrich, Romney, or Santorum, the same business policies that bankrupted america will remain. There is only one candidate in this campaign that could ever run against Barack Obama. On a platform of honesty and morals Ron Paul could unite the young people of the country from both parties if he had his own party backing him he would be a shoo in.

Future considerations for any mortgage incentives should be canned. The banking industry ALLOWED people to borrow more than they should, assuming they would not get greedy and take more than they could pay back, not all, but the ones that now find themselves upside down-didn't do the math. They bit off more than they could chew and they need to figure it out themselves, stop supersizing and downsize!
Why offer these people a break-when others who bought what they could afford- usually a more modest home, don't need a new 'mortgage bargain'? It borders on that new evil-ENTITLEMENT.
As a working mother of 5, I was able to buy my first home under the Clinton administration and my first new car under the Obama administration-enough said.
