    Am I the only one not buying this story...? I think this man is a complete fake – he was an illegal immigrant working for a criminal and simply doesn't want to lose his standard of living.... send him home – he has no right to be here – we don't guarantee the safety of our own citizens.

    Absent meeting the asylum requirement, the Court could approve a withholding of removal if the government attorney would agree to it. If the Albanian government cannot protect its citizens, as the previous shooting would show, this seems like it would be enough for a sympathetic Court to use it's power to keep this family out of danger.

    please give updates on this story when you get more information. Lots of illegal aliens are permitted to remain in the country despite drug convictions, weapons convictions and other violent crimes. I cannot believe this family is being deported. why? I don't understand, I think they have a right to know why.
