    If congress fails to raise the debt ceiling, should Obama consider generating revenue by selling off commensurate values in fuel from the National Strategic Petroleum Reserves instead of invoking the obvious choice of a pedantic interpretation of the 14th amendment?

    See section 4 of the 14th Ammendment. The president should just take the wind out of the sails of the Tea Party and invoke this ammendment. Done. End of story.
