I hardly think that Mark Gragos would ever take the side of the prosecution, when he is a well known rich defense attorney. He is babbling in the Casey Anthony trial. She will be found guilty and it will be proved by the evidence.
Casey is a stupid lying 20 something year old that has mostly gotten her way, but DON'T think she will this time. Don't see that happening....the State has a solid case against her & she will either serve life in prison for her daughter's murder at her own hands or she will get the Death Penalty that Florida will provide.
Floridians don't like baby killers and we are NOT California, Mark Gargos....we administer it. I think Mark Gargos owes Nancy Grace an apology. She upholds the truth and is a victim advocate; and fights hard for all victims and children. To say Nancy demonized Casey by calling her Tot Mom is so far from the truth. Casey demonizes herself enough that none of us has to.

This is not a case for Sherlock Holmes. There is clearly motive and detailed lies that point the evidence to the accused.

When I first heard about this case, I immidiately thought Casey Anthony was guilty. But now that I've been trying to listen to what's been going on at the trial I cant help but think that maybe she was abused, sexually by her father. That would explain the lying, also the sexually provocative bahavior. Here's my theory: what if Casey's father was also sexually abusing Caylee, which if he sexually abused his own daughter whose to say he wouldn't do the same to his grandaughter. And what if while he was sexually abusing this little girl he accidentally killed her? Then he told Casey that he found her in the pool, drowned. He's a retired police officer or whatever, so he knows how to cover up a death. He probably convinced Casey of this horrible story saying that she would spend the rest of her life behind bars. After years of sexual abuse she's going to listen to her father. Maybe he's the guilty one and he's setiing his daughter up?!! I'm just saying...think about it...

Dear Anderson Cooper, I am not a lawyer or a doctor and don't even have a collage degree but I do know (about the casey anthony trial), To find out what was the cause of death I would have had someone do a AUTOPCY on the body to find out (1) if there was water in the LUNGS. and (2) if so, did the water have chemicals that are found in a lake? OR did the water have chemicals that are found in a SWIMMING pool such as chlorine? anyone who works in the morg would know how to do this.
