This is the guy who bills himself as America's most courageous congressman??? I know which side of tort reform he comes down on! He is a disgrace to the voters of Ohio.

This kind of action is why the average American sees US politics as self serving and even corrupt!
My guess is that this action will be thrown out at any court level other than on the basis of actual cost to fix the problem.
Then I hope his legal fees are slammed on him and those of the restaurant owner as well.
Be not frivoulous with the law.
In English tort law there is doctrine called Volenti non fit injuria, crudely translated is
"If you ask for it dont be surprised if you get it". Olives have stones that's nature and I guarantee the restaurant did not guarantee olive stone free sandwiches.
This is a top line ridiculist item.
    Regards,
    Hodgson.

There are at least as many cases in which people being sued take ridiculous positions to avoid paying legitimate claims as there are frivolous claims. Take this example. The Texas State Comptroller has refused for 9 years to refund over 12 million dollars in sales taxes to about 3 million Texans that she admits were collected and wrongfully retained based solely on procedural technicalities.

    Poor Dennis,

I wonder if he considered who would pay his lawsuit ? (if he won) $150K is nothing out of our national budget, into Dennis pocket.
    Great forward thinking and leadership.

Give us a freaking break. With idiots like this in Washington, it's no wonder our country is about to go bankrupt. This guy should be kicked out of Congress for being STUPID. There isn't a dentist in America that would charge more than $2-3000 to fix his tooth. He didn't seem like he was suffering from permanent trauma the day after the incident when he was giving a speech in front of Congress. FAKE FAKE FAKE! People like him give this country it's poor reputation!!! Get real Kucinich!
