We're on the campaign trail in Delaware closely watching the battle for Vice President Joe Biden's old U.S. Senate seat. Christine O'Donnell, the surprise Republican candidate, is facing allegations she used her campaign cash in 2009-2010 as her personal piggy bank. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington filed complaints with the Delaware's U.S. Attorney's Office and the Federal Election Commission, charging she illegal spent more than $20,000 of her campaign dollars - when she was no longer a candidate.

O'Donnell denies doing anything wrong, saying there is, "No truth to it.... no truth to it." She's expected to speak out more about the allegations tonight. We'll have that for you. We're keeping her honest.

To be fair, O'Donnell's Democratic opponent is also facing scrutiny. New Castle County Executive Chris Coons finds himself having to answer questions about an article he wrote in college, where he described himself as a “bearded Marxist." He talked about it earlier tonight on CNN. We'll have the raw politics.

We'll also continue Dr. Sanjay Gupta's special report on the elite team of disease detectives at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. These are the doctors you reach out to when your child or other family members are ill and no one has answers. They work in the Undiagnosed Disease Program. Dr. Gupta takes us inside the fight to save two patients. One is a girl just six-years-old. The other is a 53-year-old mother of five children.

Join us for these stories and much more starting at 10 p.m. See you then.

Christine O'Donnell is precisely the type person Republicans want running America. Prior to being elected as senator she is accused of mismanaging campaign funds, "stealing". Who better to be in high office!? If she can not manage her own finances, how pray tell will she be able to help the country balance its budget and get spending under control?

Republicans ran this economy in the ditch during its tenure of governing over an eight year period and let the special interest groups write legislation for the country.

And now they want the reins of the Congress again.

Visions of the energy regulation that only VP Cheney and his cronies were privy to; the medicare prescription bill that was understated; the tax break for 1 or 2 percent of wealthiest citizens; and the wrongful invasion of "Badraq". Oh yes! Hooray for Christine O'Donnell, the "tea party" and the Republican party. With them governing, the country will be driven into the ocean.

The Marxist comment was writen years ago and seriously taken out of context.Coons is sharp ! He was on in an interview tonight and very impressive. He was asked about this Marxist statement made and relax,he's not !O'Donnell isn't a theif and has hired an attorney to clear up the confusion with the FEC and hope he's in touch soon with Melanie Sloan.

Dr. Gupta's report series on the medical mysteries team of doctors is fascinating. It sounds like he found the real "Dr. House" – really intelligent diagnosticians committed to advancing medicine to benefit all while hopefully saving a few who otherwise would not have much of a chance.

The background stories on the candidates – money that O'Donnell spent that she shouldn't and the Marxist paper the other candidate wrote in college – is there anyone investigating O'Donnell's spending and if so why do they let her continue in the race? Are the good citizens of Delaware actually being give a choice in the ballot box of a dishonest candidate who appropriates money for purposes it was not intended for? That's a lousy choice. As for the Marxist paper, hopefully the candidate with that can address it quickly and get it out of the way – he was in college for heaven's sake. We ALL are brainless nitwits in college who do stupid things – these should have a statue of limitations on them! Interesting election – a thief vs. a Marxist (if you take that story seriously). What a choice!
