If you buy local (from coops, csa'a and local farmers) you don't need a list. You will also find safe veggies & fruit, as the culprit is "factory" methods.

Where is your "Don't Buy" Egg Company list that was stated to be available on your CNN.COM web location? If I am going grocery shopping, this would be nice to have to avoid salmonella exposure to my family. Where are the navigator guides to find this? Websites tend to bury vital information "of personal use" that consumers are looking for.

I am concerned about ice-cream. The summer months, of course, have everyone buying ice-cream. What about the eggs that were used in making ice-cream? Were they pasteurized? Schwanns ice-cream company had an outbreak several years back. Has this been considered in the reports on the news?
