    It appears that a cult of personality is involved in this situation. Ms. Silsby is apparently able to convince others that she is capable enough to head this mission despite the financial problems she faced both personally and professionally. At this point in her life, Ms. Silsby needs to get her own house in order before undertaking the task of setting up an orphanage in a foreign country.

    The appearance is that at least Ms. Silsby knew what they were attempting to do was not legal beyond the moral issues involved. A failed business woman and now a failed kidnapper. What kind of award does a person like that deserve?
