President Obama had already sanctioned attacks on terrorist camps in Yemen.

Sad and tragic thing is, that EIGHT YEARS ago Bush could have sent 300,000 troops to Afghanistan to hunt Bin-Laden down.......... but choose to go to Iraq to get his greedy hands on their oil instead!

We missed an opportunity in 2001.

    Question about the underwear bomber:

It's one thing if the government agencies didn't think they had enough intel to keep him from flying, but why not at least revoke his visa to the U.S.?

I read somewhere that the agencies involved decided just to review the matter when his visa was up for review again in June 2010. If that's true, shouldn't that policy be changed, and perhaps the authorities in charge of letting his visa remain unaltered fired?

Time is one thing we do not have to spare in protecting our interest and the lives of our people. We must move beyond the "profiling" and "violations" of civil rights. There are no civil rights in protecting our nation and our people when it comes to terrorist activity and that is our shortcoming.
