October was the deadliest month for U.S. forces in Afghanistan since the beginning of the war in 2001. Roadside bombs are now the biggest threat to U.S. forces in the region. In September, Anderson reported from the front lines of the war against the Taliban and went out on patrol with Marines in Helmand Province.

Take a look at this photo gallery.

My comment is how much money has US recieved from the Iraqi goverment as part of pay back for their freedom and quaility of life.It was said by the bush administration that their would be some type of pay back from oil sales. Let us hear about that you are all ways out for the facts I think we need to hear more about this. We are about to go into another tax payer mess on the backs of US tax payers. With figures well into the trillions in iraq, americans need relief from all these wars and troop deaths.

THANK YOU
Allen Gordon
