Out of the $11471841000. California received in stimilus funds through various avenues, the claim is 110,185 jobs were saved, many of which were not in danger to begin with and is not the 421,000 Obama claimed the recovery plan would create or save.

Obama promised reduced witholding on individual paycheck, yet California leadership decided an additional state withholding increase was needed as a "loan" to help them balance and unbalanced budget or over spending.

Why am I scratching my head, because the math is still not adding up.

When I see figures from a reputable audit authority such as GAO, I will begin to have some confidence in them. The "Obama Administration" does not have a reputable track record when it comes to accuracy or the truth.
