The Sesame Street 40th anniversary was not all fun and games. Three Muppets were arrested on suspicion of prostitution, possession of an illegal substance, and failure to take a shower. Charges were dropped in two of the cases. Oscar is still in police custody refusing to cooperate and bathe.
