CNN and Oprah’s Book Club are teaming up to bring you a discussion of ‘Say You’re One of Them,’ a book of short stories told from the perspectives of children in Africa. Anderson talks to Oprah tonight about the project and about the unimaginable challenges so many African children face today.

On the Upper East Side of Manhattan, a group calling themselves ‘Muslim Revolution’ is trying to convert people to extremism. Drew Griffin reports on how the group is looking for new recruits, while at the same time justifying their mission by arguing that they are protected by the First Amendment. So is their strategy working? And can authorities do anything to clamp down on their alleged attempts to radicalize people  smack dab in the middle of New York City?

In Washington today, the President is hosting the White House Tribal Nations Conference where each of the 564 federally-recognized tribes has been invited to send one representative. The President is expected to meet with the leaders to discuss a variety of issues, from economic development, natural resources, education and health care.

And House Republicans have a big rally planned for today to oppose what they consider to be a government takeover of health care. The event will bring together House Republicans, Tea Party protesters and various groups that are speaking out against a plan put forward by House Democrats. Did this week’s election give the GOP new momentum for their protests?

As Americans wait in lines across the country to get the H1N1 vaccine, the Pentagon began shipping limited vaccine supplies to troops fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq. But there are still many questions about when, how and where Americans will be given access to the vaccine. What’s the story in your hometown? What kind of information are you being given from local authorities? Let us know. We’ll dig deeper tonight.

The First Lady will visit her 13th Federal Agency today, with a visit to the Department of Energy to meet with administrators and staff. While there, Mrs. Obama will lead a practice session for young people competing in the Science Bowl, a nationwide competition coordinated by the Department of Energy to encourage interest in science among high school and middle school students. Do you think Michelle Obama has re-framed our notion of what it means to be a First Lady? Let us know what you think about the impact she has had so far this year.

And if you’re looking for a fun break today, check out the new CNN Challenge. It’s a new game featured on CNN.com and you’ll be pleasantly surprised to see two of your CNN favorites hosting part of the challenge (i.e. Anderson and Erica). Take a look and let us know what you think.

What else are you following today? Let us know and see you at 10 p.m. ET.

I've started reading "Say You're One of Them". The stories reveal what news items don't. Very disturbing.

Thanks. Looking forward to tonight.

The book "Say You're One Of Them" definitley seems like a great read. I'll have ti check it out. But I don't care for Oprah. She's out of touch with reality in my opinion.

Looking forward to Drew's report on the extreme Muslim group in New York. That you'd never expect to see for sure!! I guess anything is possible these days!

The whole serial killer case in Cleveland IMO needs a lot more coverage. It seems no one is hardly talking about that nut case! It seems the parole officers and police there did about as bad of a job watching him as the ones did who were supposed to watch the Garrido dude who had Dugard at his house all those years. Are all parole officer so slack!?

I'm particularly interested in The Muslim Revolution story. Are these groups a big terror threat? How much government surveillance are they subject to, and how are the Feds dealing with them?
