How are student loan guarantees and unemployment benefit extensions going to help stimulate the economy and help get more jobs?

"converting economy" has its own times. Let's wait 5 more months, and, on my opinion, we can't forget that new rules are needed for financial assets, but also in this case let's wait complete recovery of the system.

There has not been any stimulation here in Michigan. In Fact it is the worse I have ever seen it here. I wish I could afford to move. Never thought I would say that. But it gets more depressing by the day. Only ones working here are the goverment, county, city workers not much else. Stores are running on the bare minimum. Plants are closing daily.
