President Obama just appointed two devout Muslims to head up home land security. Wasn't it devout Muslims that flew the airplanes into the World Trade Towers and the Pentagon. Doesn't that give you a warm fuzzy feeling?

Well, Obama said the GDP figures showed that 1) the recession was deeper than we had originally thought and that 2) the economy was on its way back; but he never gave us any numbers or explained them. I'd like to know the numbers and understand what they tell us – maybe Ali can explain that to us.
I bet a lot of people without jobs would like to know this too!

The cash for clunkers program seems to be really good. I hope it continues for a long time.

What we all need to be concerned about is that the root causes of the ecomonic crisis still exist and we are no where near a solution.

The economy seems to be turning. I know I am now in the process of packing for a 10 day vacation something I had given up on 8 months ago.

I do believe the econmy is getting back on track, and I also think it was very smart if President Obama to have a news conference highlighting that fact. Of course we still have a long way to go, but atleast we're starting to see some positive results.

So this is why the Republicans are acting stupidly, because their is good news to report about the economy, So thats why their is so much weird criticism about his birth certificate, racism and now this criticism about he trying to bring 2 people together and then on top of that John Mccain comment.

This man spends about 10 percent of his stealingfromya granchildren plan and he takes credit. He doesn't see as one walking in the light of day!

With millions of jobs lost in the last 12 months and not replaced, do you think were heading in the right direction?

CNN where is the daily body count of dead soldiers that you had when President Bush was in office? Does this mean no soldiers have dies since President Obama has been in office?
