ha, good question Emma Fox. I don't think America has the courage to go a get Laura Ling back we'll just talk about it on the media. We won't show passion for our own people if they are detained we'll just talk behind the enemy's back. I respect Iran 100% for fighting for their rights, it show's how strong the inner core of their people are. Good video also. Also Wain from Pakistan America will never show good news for muslims, only bad. I'm positive that if an African American would have gotten kidnapped by another country Al Sharton, Jesse Jackson, and a whole African American movement would take place. I feel America when it comes to race we're still stuck in the 70's.

I sympathize with the 12 year sentence Laura Ling and the other journalist received; however, they have only themselves to blame since they knowingly and deliberately broke N. Korea's laws. Now they expect to be rescued. That is indicative of a major problem in our country – no one is willing to be responsible for their own actions. You break the laws – suffer the consequences.

I don't know the motivation behind this but I have to admit that this was a great clip and I thank you for that.

BUT I wish you, along with the rest of CNN, had not glorified invasion of Iraq which has so far caused 1.3 million lives parished. I never forget CNN's role when the invasion was taking place. As much as this can be a bright spot on CNN resume, glorification of Iraq invasion will forever be a dark chapter of CNN's history.

I am an Iranian, but before that I am a responsible human being. My joy and appreciation of this clip is somewhat shattered when I remember invasion of Iraq and CNN's playing along with it.

To Wain In Pakistan;
I don't see any Moslem talking about China Killing and systematic oppression of small Moslem community in China. At least, Germany does not support killing of that Egyptian Woman and they will put that guy in jail.

When CNN talks about Neda is because the whole criminal regime of Iran is acting like that. Please don't compare what has happened in Germany and Iran.

Completely irrelevant to all things happening in Iran and if this smacks of some opportunist stunt to make money, off of the blood, sweat & tears of those suffering in Iran. VERY crass indeed. Joan Baez did THE classiest thing of all. In her kitchen, singing half in English and half in Farsi, WE SHALL OVER COME...now THAT was inspiring.
